  • Activity & Sleep: Step counts, active minutes, sleep stages, and rest duration.

  • Biometrics: Heart rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), resting heart rate, and blood oxygen levels.

  • Body Metrics: Weight, body temperature variations, and basal body temperature (BBT).

We use your data strictly to provide a personalized health tracking experience. We do not sell your health or personal data.

• To predict menstrual cycles, ovulation windows, and hormonal phases.

• To correlate wearable data (like sleep and HRV) with your menstrual phases to provide health insights.

• To maintain and improve app performance.

To seamlessly pull data from your hardware devices, we use Terra API as a data processor.

• Data Processing: Terra securely authenticates your wearable accounts and standardizes incoming metrics.

• Security Standards: Terra operates under strict compliance frameworks. It is HIPAA compliant, GDPR compliant, and SOC 2 Type II certified. All data routed through Terra is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

• User Control: You can disconnect your wearable tracking at any time directly through the app settings or by revoking permissions within your wearable provider's account.

We maintain extreme confidentiality over your reproductive and physical health data.

• No Commercial Sharing: We do not share your health data with data brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketing networks.
